Agenda Bill #5224; An Ordinance #19-1028 extending interim regulations for Small Wireless Facilities and Eligible Facilities Requests was adopted December 10, 2019 and becomes effective January 1, 2020.

Agenda Bill #5219; A Resolution #19-016 authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) with CAP Acquisitions, LLC for the sale of the SeaTac Center property, and execute any documents necessary to effectuate the sale of the property, including a revised parking easement with the neighboring "Pancake Chef" property was passed and became effective December 10, 2019.

Agenda Bill #5287; A Resolution #19-017 authorizing the City Manager to execute a Development Agreement with CAP Acquisitions, LLC (Inland Group) for the Redevelopment of the SeaTac Center was passed and became effective December 10, 2019.

Agenda Bill #5273; A Resolution #19-018 amending the City of SeaTac Fee Schedule to add new fees and adjust current fees associated with land development and building permits was passed and became effective January 1, 2020.

Agenda Bill #5030; A Resolution #19-019 setting forth a process for evaluation of the City Manager and repealing Resolution No. 10-016 was passed and became effective December 10, 2019.

A Motion to establish and Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Community Voice (EDICV) Advisory Board was referred to the Council Information Request process.
