Revised 3/15 to correct some of the effective dates from February 27 to March 13.

The following Council direction was given at the March 13, 2018 Regular Council Meeting:

    Agenda Bill #4858; Permit Parking Program study and implementation - to review options as discussed at the March 13 Regular Council Meeting.

The following Council actions were taken at the March, 2018 Regular Council Meeting:

Approved: Invoice for King County 2017 Voter Registration - $52,257.26

The following meeting minutes were approved:
Land Use & Parks Committee Meetings held January 25 and February 22, 2018
Council Study Session held February 27, 2018
Regular Council Meeting held February 27, 2018

Agenda Bill #4843; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to initiate steps to join the State business licensing system was carried and became effective March 13, 2018.

Agenda Bill #4828; An Ordinance #18-1007 authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services contract with Gray & Osborne to design the South 200th Street and Des Moines Memorial Drive Intersection Improvement Project and amending the City's 2017-2018 Biennial Budget was adopted March 13, 2018 and becomes effective March 24, 2018.

Agenda Bill #4841; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with Highline Water District for water main replacement in conjunction with the 12th Place South and 13th Avenue South Overlay Project was carried and became effective March 13, 2018

Agenda Bill #4709; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Professional Services Contract with G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. to provide courtroom and other optional security services was carried and became effective March 13, 2018 

Agenda Bill #4822; An Ordinance #18-1008 amending Title 14 of the SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC) related to Subdivisions.

Agenda Bill #4877; A Resolution #18-003 requesting that the King County Council, the Puget Sound Regional Council, the State Legislature, the Governor’s Office, and the Federal Aviation Administration take action to address long-term aviation capacity needs in Western Washington was passed and became effective March 13, 2018.

Agenda Bill #4878; A Resolution #18-004 amending the City Council Administrative Procedures in order to eliminate Council Study Sessions, and changing the start time of Regular Council Meetings to 6:00 p.m. was passed and became effective March 13, 2018. 

Agenda Bill #4863; A Resolution #18-005 declaring a reserved utility easement surplus to the City's needs and terminating the easement on property owned by the Port of Seattle was passed and became effective March 13, 2018.

Agenda Bill #4858; A Motion accepting the final Permit Parking Program study and authorizing implementation of the recommended Permit Parking Zone pilot project was referred back to Transportation & Public Works (T&PW) Committee to review options as discussed at the March 13 Regular Council Meeting.
