The following Council actions were taken at the April 26, 2011 Regular Council Meeting:

Passed: 2011 Department of Natural Resources Urban and Community Forestry Grant - $7,958 (revenue)

Administration and Finance Committee Meeting held April 12, 2011.
Public Safety and Justice Committee Meeting held April 12, 2011.

Regular Council Meeting held April 12, 2011.

 

Agenda Bill #3321; Motion authorizing staff to apply for the 2012 Community Development Block Grant for design and construction of a skate park at the SeaTac Community Center Neighborhood Park was carried and became effective April 26, 2011. 

Agenda Bill #3319; Resolution authorizing the execution of the 2010-2012 collective bargaining agreement with the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), Local #2919 was postponed to the May 10, 2011 Regular Council Meeting after a private meeting not subject to the Open Public Meetings Act (date to be determined).

Agenda Bill #3322; Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a lease agreement with the YWCA for space on the second floor of City Hall was carried and became effective April 26, 2011.

Agenda Bill #3314; Motion approving the low bid for direct digital controls of the HVAC system in the SeaTac Community Center was carried and became effective April 26, 2011.

Agenda Bill #3313; Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a construction contract and authorizing expenditures for the South 138th Street Neighborhood Pedestrian Improvements Project was carried and became effective April 26, 2011.

 

Agenda Bill #3311; Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a design agreement for the 2011-2012 Neighborhood Pedestrian Improvements project was carried and became effective April 26, 2011.
