Agenda Bill #3316; Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of SeaTac and the Port of Seattle for an Aerial Crossing of South 188^th Street as part of the future South Access Project was carried and became effective April 12, 2011.

Agenda Bill #3317; Ordinance #11-1006 amending SeaTac Municipal Code 15.16.080 related to signs was adopted April 12, 2011 and becomes effective April 23, 2011.

Agenda Bill #3298; Motion adopting a Reorganization Implementation Plan as recommended by the Interim City Manager and amended by the Community and Economic Development Director, and authorizing the Interim City Manager to implement the Plan, was passed, with option 3, and became effective April 12, 2011.

Agenda Bill #3306; Ordinance #11-1007 amending the Classification and Compensation Plan in order to implement the Reorganization Plan was adopted April 12, 2011 and becomes effective May 1, 2011.
