Agenda Bill #3293; Ordinance #11-1003 amending the 2011 Annual City Budget for 2010 Carryovers was adopted February 22, 2011 and becomes effective March 5, 2011.

Agenda Bill #3303; Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into agreements with BMX, Disc Golf and Mountain Bike park user groups for the use of North SeaTac Park was removed from the agenda prior to the meeting.

Agenda Bill #3285; Motion establishing a Conditional Use Permit – Essential Public Facility Ad Hoc Committee, confirming Council appointees to the Committee, and establishing an initial time frame of 180 days for the Committee to complete its work was carried and became effective February 22, 2011.

Agenda Bill #3304; Motion designating the Hearing Examiner as the hearing body for the South 200^th Street Light Rail Conditional Use Permit – Essential Public Facilities application from Sound Transit was carried and became effective February 22, 2011.

Agenda Bill #3289; Motion authorizing final acceptance of the 42^nd Avenue South Sidewalk Improvement Project was carried and became effective February 22, 2011.

Agenda Bill #3305; Motion relieving the apparent low bid contractor, authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction contract with the lowest responsible bidder and authorizing expenditures for the South 154^th Street Improvements Project was carried and became effective February 22, 2011.

Agenda Bill #3299; Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with GreenRubino to implement the Economic Development Marketing Action and Public Relations Plan for 2011 was carried and became effective February 22, 2011.

Agenda Bill #3298; Motion adopting the Reorganization Implementation Plan as recommended by the Interim City Manager, and authorizing the Interim City Manager to implement the Plan was postponed to no later than April 12 for Council consideration to give the Community and Economic Development director a chance to develop a consolidation plan with a savings equal to one division manager within the Community and Economic Development Community and Economic Development Department.

Agenda Bill #3306; Ordinance amending the City’s Classification and Compensation Plan was postponed to April 12, 2011.
