Agenda Bill #4627; A Motion affirming the Planning Commission's recommendation for a proposed development within Business Park Zone on a site under the five acre minimum, carried and became effective April 11, 2017.

Agenda Bill #4629; A Resolution #17-006 encouraging Dick's Drive-In to open up its seventh restaurant in the City of SeaTac, passed and became effective April 11, 2017.

New Business (no agenda bill created):
A Motion directing staff to develop a Resolution designating SeaTac as an inclusive city to be discussed at the April 25, 2017 Council Study Session, failed.
