Agenda Bill #4557; A Resolution 17-001 initiating the process for vacating a portion of 28^th Avenue South right-of-way generally between the 20100 block and International Boulevard South, and fixing the time for a public hearing was passed and became effective February 14, 2017.

Agenda Bill #4549; A Resolution #17-002 authorizing a settlement of a Complaint to Quiet Title in King County Superior Court between the City and Vicart, L.L.C. was passed and became effective February 14, 2017.

Agenda Bill #4507; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with the Washington State Department of Commerce for the SeaTac International Marketplace was carried and became effective February 14, 2017.

Agenda Bill #4520; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Top to Bottom Janitorial for custodial work at City facilities, was carried, as amended to revise the contract end date to December 31, 2017, and became effective February 14, 2017.

Agenda Bill #4471; An Ordinance #17-1006 adding a new Section 2.45.156 to the SeaTac Municipal Code related to certain boating regulations on Angle Lake for public safety training purposes failed.
