Agenda Bill #4442; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract for governmental affairs and State lobbying services with Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell was carried and became effective October 25, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4450; An Ordinance #16- 1017 adding a new chapter 7.50 to the SeaTac Municipal Code related to Chronic Nuisance Properties; and, amending Section 5.05.180 of the SeaTac Municipal Code to include business license suspension or revocation for chronic nuisance properties was adopted October 25, 2016 and becomes effective November 5, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4451; An Ordinance #16-1018 establishing a Neighborhood Sidewalk Committee as an advisory committee to the City Council was adopted October 25, 2016 and becomes effective November 5, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4380; An Ordinance adopting amendments to SeaTac Municipal Code 15.205.040 (Zoning Code), regarding ground floor commercial space requirements for multi-family uses outside of established overlay districts was referred to the Land Use & Parks Committee.

Agenda Bill #4429; A Resolution #16-023 amending the City Council Administrative Procedures to set the meeting times for Council Committees was passed and became effective October 25, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4469; A Resolution #16-024 amending the City Council Administrative Procedures to provide for the audio recording of Council Standing Committee Meetings failed.
