The following Council actions were taken at the October 11, 2016 Regular Council Meeting:

Roxie Chapin and Tom Dantzler were re-appointed to the Planning Commission.
Alice Belenski and Victoria Lockwood were re-appointed to the Senior Citizen Advisory Committee.
Wendy Morgan and Roger McCracken were re-appointed to the Hotel/Motel Tax Advisory Committee.

Pre-approval or final approval of City Council and City Manager travel related expenses for the period ended October 6, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4458; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a lease with New Cingular Wireless (aka AT&T Wireless) for a cellular antenna on the City Hall roof was carried and became effective October 11, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4431; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with J.B.D. Excavation Services, Inc. for construction of a retention pond at Fire Station #45 was carried and became effective October 11, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4408; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement between the Highline Public Schools and City of SeaTac for a School Resource Officer (SRO), as amended to reduce the term to one year, was carried and became effective October 11, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4447; A Motion authorizing the Acting City Manager to enter into a fee in lieu of agreement with Sound Transit for payment to the City in lieu of construction of stormwater facilities for the S447 Station Area Project was carried and became effective October 11, 2016.
