Agenda Bill #4390; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction contract with Miles Resources and authorizing expenditures for construction of the 24th Avenue South Overlay Project - Phase 2 was carried and became effective August 9, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4419; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a 36-month lease at SeaTac City Hall with Rasmussen Capital Management was carried and became effective August 9, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4413; An Ordinance #16-1014 amending the 2015-2016 Biennial City Budget to provide additional funding for the Public Works (PW) and Community and Economic Development (CED) Departments was adopted August 9, 2016 and becomes effective August 20, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4378; An Ordinance #16-1015 amending Sections 11.15.040 and 11.15.050 of the SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC) related to Transportation Impact Fees (TIF) was adopted August 9, 2016 and becomes effective August 20, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4418; A Resolution #16-019 Declaring Support for Diversity in our Community was passed and became effective August 9, 2016.
