Agenda Bill #4315; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Presidio Systems for phone systems upgrade was carried and became effective June 28, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4382; A Resolution #16-016 confirming a deferred date for completing review and adoption of revisions to the City's Critical Areas regulations (SMC 15.700) by September 30, 2016 was passed and became effective June 28, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4384; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Pierce County regarding the Financial Fraud and Identity Theft Task Force was carried and became effective June 28, 2016

Agenda Bill #4394; A Motion authorizing the Acting City Manager to sign a memorandum of understanding with Seattle Police Department, to allow application by SeaTac Police for Fiscal Year 2016 Justice Assistant Grant (Edward Byrne Memorial Grant) Funding was carried and became effective June 28, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4353; A Resolution #16-017 adopting the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for 2017-2022 was passed and became effective June 28, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4361; An Ordinance #16-1009 adopting the Angle Lake Station Area Overlay District regulations was adopted June 28, 2016 and becomes effective July 9, 2016.
