Agenda Bill #4285; An Ordinance #16-1007 amending the SeaTac Municipal Code, and the Zoning Code Appendix related to land use and development regulations was adopted June 14, 2016 and becomes effective June 25, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4320; An Ordinance #16-1008 amending certain chapters of Title 13 of the SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC) related to Buildings and Construction was adopted June 14, 2016 and becomes effective July 1, 2016.
