Agenda Bill #4248; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a lease amendment with the Refugee Women's Alliance (REWA) at the SeaTac Center was carried and became effective April 26, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4332; A Resolution #16-012 setting the salary for the Acting City Manager position was passed and became effective April 26, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4311; A Motion authorizing City Manager to execute a construction contract and authorize expenditures for the Connecting 28th/24th Avenue South Project, from South 200th Street to South 208th Street was carried and became effective April 26, 2016.
