The following Council action was taken at the April 6, 2016 Special Council Meeting:

A Resolution #16-012 accepting the resignation of James D. Payne as Interim City Manager, designating a new Acting City Manager, and requesting a presentation related to the recruitment process for hiring a permanent City Manager was passed and became effective April 6, 2016.
