The following Council action was taken at the March 25, 2016 Special Council Meeting:

A Resolution #16-011 ratifying the decision to place Interim City Manager James D. Payne on paid administrative leave; and authorizing the Mayor to sign a letter regarding said administrative leave; and designating Joe Scorcio as the Acting City Manager until further action of the Council was passed and became effective March 25, 2016.
