Agenda Bill #4157; A Motion approving the 2016 Budget for the Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority was carried and became effective December 8, 2015.

Agenda Bill #4155; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to a Purchase and Sale Agreement for property located at 15201-15215 Military Road was carried and became effective December 8, 2015.

Agenda Bill #4162; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Contract with Absco Solutions for replacing the security cameras at City Hall and SeaTac Community Center was carried and became effective December 8, 2015.

Agenda Bill #4161; An Ordinance #15-1018 replacing the existing SMC Title 15 SeaTac Zoning Code, with the reformatted SMC Title 15 SeaTac Zoning Code, excepting Chapter15.41 was adopted December 8, 2015 and becomes effective January 13, 2016.

Agenda Bill #4184; A Resolution #15-015 designating a financial institution for City banking deposits was passed and became effective December 8, 2015.

Agenda Bill #4174; A Resolution #15-016 finalizing the 2015 unclaimed property to the State of Washington was passed and became effective December 8, 2015.

Agenda Bill #4107; An Ordinance #15-1019 modifying the City's 2015-2016 Biennial Budget for certain revenue and expenditure updates that are needed as a result of activity that has occurred in the first year of the two year biennial budget was adopted December 8, 2015 and becomes effective December 19, 2015.

Agenda Bill #4185; An Ordinance #15-1020 adding a new Section 9.05.045 to the SeaTac Municipal Code related to parking of for-hire vehicles was adopted December 8, 2015 and becomes effective January 13, 2016.

An Ordinance #15-1021 repealing Chapter 3.90 related to a Utility Tax was adopted and becomes effective March 1, 2016.
