Agenda Bill #4059; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a lease agreement at the SeaTac Center with the Teklehaymanot Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahido Church.

Agenda Bill #4083; An Ordinance #15-1012 amending certain Sections of the Subdivision Code, SeaTac Municipal Code Title 14 was adopted September 22, 2015 and becomes effective October 3, 2015.

Agenda Bill #4082; An Ordinance #15-1013 amending certain Sections of SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC) Chapters 7.15 and 7.25 regarding property maintenance standards and junk vehicles was adopted September 22, 2015 and becomes effective October 28, 2015.
