The following Council actions were taken at the August 11, 2015 Regular Council Meeting:

Jim Todd and Robert Scully were reappointed as members of the Planning Commission and Patricia Gonzalez was appointed as an alternate member of the Community Building Committee

The following Council Meeting Minutes were approved:
Special Council Study Session held March 12, 2015

Agenda Bill #4055; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with participating jurisdictions in Water Resource Inventory Area 9 was carried and became effective August 11, 2015.

Agenda Bill #4061; A Motion accepting the low bidder and entering into a contract with Long Painting for Community Center exterior painting was carried and became effective August 11, 2015.

Agenda Bill #4054; A Resolution #15-014 amending the City Council Administrative Procedures was passed, as amended, and became effective August 11, 2015. The amended language is as follows:
· Resolution - between the second and third Whereas clause:
“WHEREAS, the City Council no longer has standing committees (Administration & Finance, Transportation & Public Works, Land Use & Parks, and Public Safety & Justice Committees), and therefore the deletion of the words “and its committees” from Section 4(A) of the City Council Administrative procedures is intended to address the fact that these standing committees no longer exist; and”
· Council Administrative Procedures, Section 5(B)(3)(a), bullet #7:
“Under $1 million in total cost – placed directly on the consent agenda, however the City Manager will provide the City Council with a brief written description of the project and a budget synopsis (performance to budget) with the City Council packet.”
