The following Council actions were taken at the June 23, 2015 Regular Council Meeting:

Agenda Bill #4018; A Motion revising the Key Insurance lease for space on the second floor of City Hall was carried and became effective June 23, 2015.

Agenda Bill #4011; An Ordinance #15-1006 adding a new section 9.05.120 to the SeaTac Municipal Code related to parking was adopted June 23, 2015 and becomes effective July 4, 2015.

Agenda Bill #4020; An Ordinance #15-1007 granting the City of Seattle, through its City Light Department (Seattle City Light) a non-exclusive franchise to operate an electric utility system in City rights-of-way was adopted June 23, 2015 and becomes effective upon SCL accepting in writing the terms of this Franchise not later than one-hundred twenty (120) days after adoption of this Ordinance, Failure of SCL to so accept this Franchise within said period of time shall be deemed a rejection thereof by SCL unless the time period is extended by ordinance duly passed for that purpose.

Agenda Bill #4009; An Ordinance #15-1008 readopting Section 15.41 of the SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC), regarding interim development regulations applicable to properties located within the Interim Angle Lake Station Area, and entering findings of fact supporting the readoption of interim standards was adopted June 23, 2015 and becomes effective July 1, 2015 and shall expire December 31, 2015, unless extended or repealed according to law.

Agenda Bill #4008; An Ordinance #15-1009 adopting amendments to the City of SeaTac Comprehensive Plan (CP) was adopted June 23, 2015, as amended to use the following language related to mandatory garbage collection, “Review options to require solid waste collection and recycling services for all residences.”, and becomes effective July 4, 2015.
