The following Council actions were taken at the April 28, 2015 Regular Council Meeting:

Jean Blackburn, Virginia Olsen, and Matthew York were re-appointed and Yolanda Gonzalez was appointed as members and Clyde “Fuzz” Hill was appointed as an alternate member to the Community Building Committee

Pre-approval or final approval of City Council and City Manager travel related expenses for the period ended April 23, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3682; A Motion authorizing staff to apply for the 2016 Community Development Block Grant for design and construction of a neighborhood park at the Riverton Heights site was carried and became effective April 28, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3676; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction contract and authorizing expenditures for the 24th Avenue South Overlay Project was carried and became effective April 28, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3686; A Motion approving the lease for Key Insurance, LLC for space on the second floor of City Hall was carried and became effective April 28, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3689; An Ordinance #15-1004 amending the 2015-2016 Biennial City Budget to fund scanning of documents by the City Clerk was adopted April 28, 2015 and becomes effective May 9, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3697; A Motion allocating $19,622.40 from BASRA Development Agreement to be used towards cleaning out the trash, filth, and hazardous garbage from inside of the south end of North SeaTac Park instead of for planting street trees on South 156th Street and Sweet Gum trees on South 188th Street failed.
