Agenda Bill #3673; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to extend the current Interlocal Agreement with Regional Animal Control Services of King County for Animal Services was carried and became effective February 24, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3674; A Motion taking a position to oppose Senate Bill 5332 and House Bill 1934 was carried and became effective February 24, 2015.
