Agenda Bill #3664; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Dogs of Grandview Supporters (DOGS) to operate an Off-Leash Dog Area at Grandview Park for a term of 10 years was carried and became effective February 10, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3665; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Sound Transit for Stream Buffer Mitigation for Des Moines Creek required for non-motorized improvements for South 200^th Street link extension was carried and became effective February 10, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3667; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Top to Bottom Janitorial for custodial work at City facilities was carried and became effective February 10, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3672; An Ordinance #15-1002 amending sections 7.40.020 and 7.40.060 of the SeaTac Municipal Code related to Garbage Regulations was adopted February 10, 2015 and becomes effective February 21, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3668; A Resolution #15-004 executing an amendment to a Development Agreement (DA) between the City of SeaTac and International Boulevard LLC was passed and became effective February 10, 2015.
