The following Council actions were taken at the February 10, 2015 Regular Council Meeting:

Judy Beste was appointed as an alternate member to the Senior Citizen Advisory Committee.

Pre-approval or final approval of City Council and City Manager travel related expenses for the period ended February 6, 2015.

The following Council Meeting Minutes were approved:
Council Study Session held December 9, 2014

Agenda Bill #3664; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Dogs of Grandview Supporters (DOGS) to operate an Off-Leash Dog Area at Grandview Park for a term of 10 years was carried and became effective February 10, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3665; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Sound Transit for Stream Buffer Mitigation for Des Moines Creek required for non-motorized improvements for South 200th Street link extension was carried and became effective February 10, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3667; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Top to Bottom Janitorial for custodial work at City facilities was carried and became effective February 10, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3672; An Ordinance #15-1002 amending sections 7.40.020 and 7.40.060 of the SeaTac Municipal Code related to Garbage Regulations was adopted February 10, 2015 and becomes effective February 21, 2015.

Agenda Bill #3668; A Resolution #15-004 executing an amendment to a Development Agreement (DA) between the City of SeaTac and International Boulevard LLC was passed and became effective February 10, 2015.

Agenda Bill number was assigned for tracking purposes only. No agenda bill was created.
Agenda Bill #3674; A Motion taking a position to support or not Senate Bill 5223/House Bill 1934 was moved and seconded to amend the motion to oppose the bills, and was postponed to the February 24 Regular Council Meeting.
