Agenda Bill #3650; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into contracts with the selected human services agencies for funding in 2015 and 2016 was carried and became effective December 9, 2014.

Agenda Bill #3659; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Professional Services Contract with Stewart MacNichols & Harmell Inc., P.S. for indigent defense services was carried and became effective December 9, 2014.

Agenda Bill #3660; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to sign an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Tukwila and SeaTac Municipal Court for Probation services was carried and became effective December 9, 2014.

Agenda Bill #3649; A Motion amending the authorized construction expenditure amount for the Military Road South Improvements was carried and became effective December 9, 2014.

Agenda Bill #3651; An Ordinance #14-1022 extending SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC) Chapter 15.41 Interim Angle Lake Station Area Overlay Standards was adopted December 9, 2014 and becomes effective January 1, 2015 and expires June 30, 2015.
