Agenda Bill #3584; Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to a Purchase and Sale Agreement for property located at 15201 – 15215 Military Road South was carried and became effective March 11, 2014.

Agenda Bill #3588; Resolution #14-005 providing direction and clarification of the Personnel Policies and Procedures for employee classification and compensation as it relates to internal equity was passed and became effective March 11, 2014.

Agenda Bill #3587; Resolution #14-006 waiving the competitive bidding requirement due to special market conditions and authorizing the purchase of fill material and expenditure for the Connecting 28^th/24^th Avenue South project was passed and became effective March 11, 2014.
