The following Council actions were taken at the September 24, 2013 Regular Council Meeting:

Joe Adamack, Roxie Chapin, and Tom Dantzler were re-appointed to the Planning Commission.

Wendy Ann Morgan, Roger McCracken and Scott Ostrander were re-appointed to the Hotel/Motel Tax Advisory Committee.

Jacqueline Krutz and Taryn Hill were re-appointed to the Library Advisory Committee.

Final Approval of travel related expenses for the period ended September 12, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3536; Ordinance #13-1010 authorizing the City Manager to sign Amendment No. 3 to the 2005 Interlocal Agreement between the City and the Port of Seattle and amending the City’s 2013-2014 Biennial Budget was adopted September 24, 2013 and becomes effective October 5, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3537; Motion authorizing final acceptance of the SeaTac Community Center Neighborhood Park Skate Park project by T. F. Sahli Construction Company was carried and became effective September 24, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3538; Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a South County Area Transportation Board Agreement was carried and became effective September 24, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3542; Ordinance #13-1011 amending Ordinance 12-1020 related to the modification of the 2.5 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) positions previously created for the purpose of providing expedited Sound Transit project review was adopted September 24, 2013 and becomes effective October 5, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3539; Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with CleanScapes, Inc. for Comprehensive Garbage, Recyclables and Compostables Collection was moved to the October 8, 2013 Regular Council Meeting.
