Agenda Bill #3534; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Washington State Department of Transportation for the Connecting 28th/24th Avenue South project was carried and became effective August 13, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3532; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Jaymarc AV for Council Chambers, Courtroom, and Executive Conference Room Audio/Visual modifications was carried and became effective August 13, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3524; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Construction Contract and authorize expenditures for the Military Road South Improvements, South 176^th Street to South 166^th Street was carried and became effective August 13, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3528; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Construction Contract and authorizing expenditures for the South 188^th Street Overlay Project was carried and became effective August 13, 2013.
