Agenda Bill #3498; An Ordinance #13-1006 amending the City’s 2013-2014 Biennial Budget was adopted April 9, 2013 and becomes effective April 20, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3495; A Motion allowing the City Manager to enter into a contract with the low bidder for the replacement of the glazing in the City Hall exterior windows was carried and became effective April 9, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3502; A Resolution #13-003 amending Sections 4, 5, 6, and 8 of the Council Administrative Procedures was passed, as amended to include the following to section 5(B)(4) – (iii) Public comments during Study Session will be limited to Agenda items on the current Study Session, and became effective April 9, 2013.

Agenda Bill # 3472; A Resolution #13-004 authorizing the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to the

Development and Transit Way Agreement for the South Link Light Rail Project was passed and became effective April 9, 2013.
