Agenda Bill #3470; Motion authorizing final acceptance of the South 164^th Street Sidewalk Project was carried and became effective February 26, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3471; Motion authorizing final acceptance of the South 154^th Street Improvements was carried and became effective February 26, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3485; Resolution #13-001 amending the Planning Commission Bylaws was passed and became effective February 26, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3494; Motion amending the contract for architectural services for design of the new Fire Station 45 was carried and became effective February 26, 2013

Agenda Bill #3491; Ordinance #13-1005 amending SeaTac Municipal Code Chapter 2.75 related to Emergency Management adopted February 26, 2013 and becomes effective March 9, 2013.

Agenda Bill #3490; Resolution #13-002 ratifying the 2012 Amendments to the King County (KC) Countywide Planning Policies (CPP) was passed and became effective February 26, 2013.
