Agenda Bill #3475; Resolution #12-011 authorizing the City Manager to terminate the City of SeaTac’s regular membership in the Cities Insurance Association of Washington (CIAW), and authorizing the City Manager to acquire liability and property insurance for the City through the private insurance market consistent with budget appropriations was passed and became effective November 26, 2012.

Agenda Bill #3469; Motion authorizing the City Manager to sign agreements related to the F-Line RapidRide Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Project was carried and became effective November 26, 2012.

Agenda Bill #3477; Resolution #12-012 adopting the 2013-2018 Capital Improvement Program was passed and became effective November 26, 2012.

Agenda Bill #3451; Ordinance #12-1019 adopting the 2012 Comprehensive Plan Amendments was adopted November 26, 2012, as amended to adopt the staff alternative recommendation on Map Amendment A-1 to move it to the 2013 Docket and take no action this year, and becomes effective December 4, 2012.

Agenda Bill #3460; Motion authorizing the City Manager to sign a contract with Integris Performance Advisors for Organizational Alignment and Continuous Quality Improvement Consultation was carried and became effective November 26, 2012.
