The Planning and Economic Development (PED) Committee considers matters related to land use, development regulation issues, economic development issues, and code compliance issues. These include the following topics; comprehensive planning (if referred by Planning Commission), development regulations/zoning codes (if referred by Planning Commission), economic development issues, code compliance issues, and quarterly code compliance statistics.
The PED Committee meets at 4:00 PM on the fourth Thursday of every month.

Signing-up for remote comments or providing written comments must be done by 2:00pm the day of the meeting. Any requests to speak or provide written public comments which are not submitted following the instructions provided or by the deadline will not be included as part of the record.
