The Hotel Motel Tax Advisory Committee (HMAC) assists the City Council in Hotel/Motel industry-related decision making and funding.

This meeting is held every month on the second Wednesday at 3:00 PM.

*Please note: A quorum of the City Council may be present.

This is a working advisory committee and although open to the public, no public comment process is provided.  If you have questions, please email them to ayeremeyev@seatacwa.gov.

This meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format with in-person and remote options for public participation.   

The June 10th HMAC meeting has been cancelled and rescheduled for June 29, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM due to the number of applications for review, adequate time is needed for discussion and scoring.
