S. 204th Street Improvements Project Open House

The City of SeaTac Public Works Department is progressing with the design and construction of street and pedestrian enhancements near Madrona Elementary School on South 204th Street, 30th Avenue South, 32nd Avenue South, and South 202nd Street.

This project will construct new street features and upgrades that will improve safety, mobility, accessibility, as well as increased awareness for walkers, rollers, bicyclists, and drivers.

The proposed improvements will link to the new segment of 34th Avenue South, which was recently constructed by the Washington State Department of Transportation to provide a north-south connection between South 204th Street and South 208th Street.

Families use walking routes in the project area to travel to Madrona Elementary School. Commuters also access transit services at the Angle Lake Link light rail station along International Boulevard using these important routes.

Join us for public comment at our Open House: Thursday, Feb. 20 at Madrona Elementary School Cafeteria from 6-7:00 p.m.
