The City's 2019 Salary Schedule was adopted by City Council during the 2019/2020 biennial budget process. The City has a 2017-2019 labor agreement with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) and the following executed Memos and Letters of Understanding: General Housekeeping, FLSA Exempt Represented, Limited Term Employment Exceptions, CED Plan Review Services, Senior Program Staffing, Article 1 & 2 (Janus Impact), Sound Transit Funded Limited Term Employment Term Exceptions, Union Access, and Telecommuting.
SeaTac contracts with the Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority for Fire Services and the King County Sheriff's Office for Police Services.
