The 2015 Edition of the International Building Code, hereafter IBC, as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-50 WAC, as published by the International Code Council, Inc. (ICC) including ICC A117.1-2009.

The 2015 Edition of the International Residential Code, hereafter IRC, as published by the International Code Council, Inc. (ICC), and as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-51 WAC.

The 2015 Edition of the International Mechanical Code, hereafter IMC, as published by the International Code Council, Inc. (ICC), and as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-52 WAC. For gas piping and venting, the 2015 Edition of the International Fuel Gas Code, as published by the International Code Council, and as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-52 WAC, is hereby adopted. The provisions shall apply to the installation of all materials and equipment utilizing natural gas except those regulated by the International Residential Code and those utilizing LPG.

The 2015 Edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code, hereafter UPC, as published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO), and as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-56 WAC. At the request of the permit applicant , the 2015 International Plumbing Code, hereafter IPC, may be used as an approved alternate code.

The 2015 edition of the Washington State Energy Code, as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-11 WAC, is hereby adopted.

The National Electrical Code, hereafter NEC, is adopted and amended by the Department of Labor and Industries.

The most current edition of the Washington Cities Electrical Code is hereby adopted and is available on the City of SeaTac website by clicking here.

The 2015 Edition of the International Fire Code, as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-54A WAC, and as published by the International Code Council.

The International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 edition, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted.

The SeaTac Municipal Code may be viewed at http://www.codepublishing.com/wa/seatac for amendments to all of the above referenced codes.
