Approved: King County Solid Waste - Waste Reduction/Recycling Grant - $60,184.00.

Summary of Donations $500 or Greater for the period ended March 8, 2019
Approved: Schwab Charitable Fund - $6,000 to the Veteran's Memorial Project.

Agenda Bill #5145; An Ordinance #19-1003 authorizing and providing for the acquisition of certain properties for the City street/road system specifically the Des Moines Memorial Drive (DMMD) South and South 200th Street Intersection Improvement project (Public Works Project ST-065); declaring public use and necessity for specific land and property to be condemned; authorizing the City Attorney to file a Petition for condemnation in King County Superior Court; and authorizing payment therefore from the City’s 307 Transportation Fund was adopted March 12, 2019 and becomes effective March 23, 2019.

Agenda Bill #5155; An Ordinance #19-1004 authorizing and providing for the acquisition of certain properties for the City street/road system specifically the Military Road South and South 152nd Street project (Public Works Project ST-125); declaring public use and necessity for specific land and property to be condemned; authorizing the City Attorney to file a Petition for condemnation in King County Superior Court; and authorizing payment therefore from the City’s 307 Transportation Fund was adopted March 12, 2019 and becomes effective March 23, 2019.

Agenda Bill #5143; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) for a Waterfowl (Canada Geese) Management Program beginning in 2019 through 2023 was carried and became effective March 12, 2019.

Agenda Bill #5114; An Ordinance #19-1005 authorizing the City Manager to execute a 60-month lease with Refugee Women's Alliance (REWA) on the second floor of SeaTac City Hall and amending the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget for Tenant Improvements was adopted March 12, 2019, as amended to revise section 18 of the lease to prohibit subletting or transferring, and becomes effective March 23, 2019.

Agenda Bill #5144; A Resolution #19-006 amending the City Council Administrative Procedures for Council Committees, Format for Agendas for Council Meetings, Miscellaneous Agenda Procedures, Media Relations, and Council Relations with Staff was passed and became effective March 12, 2019.
