Agenda Bill #5094; A Resolution #19-001 declaring City-owned real property surplus to the needs of the City, and authorizing the City Manager to sell the property to the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority was passed and became effective January 8, 2019.
Agenda Bill #5112; A Motion terminating the Trip Based Stormwater Rate Feasibility Study, currently under contract with FCS Group was carried and became effective January 8, 2019.
Agenda Bill #5118; An Ordinance #19-1001 adopting interim regulations regarding small wireless facilities in order to comply with a Federal Communication Commission (FCC) declaratory ruling, entering findings in support of adopting interim regulations, establishing a work program, and declaring an emergency was adopted and became effective January 8, 2019.

Agenda Bill #4943; A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Development Agreement (DA) between the City and Sound Transit for the Federal Way Link Extension Project Authority.
Agenda Bill #5111; A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Transit Way Agreement with Sound Transit for the Federal Way Link Extension (FWLE) Authority.
