The following Council direction was given at the September 11, 2018 Regular Council Meeting: 

  • Refer to Administration & Finance Committee
    1. Possible restructuring of Council Committees regarding Code Enforcement
    2. Agenda Bill #5018; A Motion approving the Employment Transition Agreement of Joseph Scorcio
    3. Recommend a replacement process and bring back to future Regular Council Meeting (Agenda Bill #5030; A Resolution repealing Resolution No. 07-016 setting forth a process for evaluation of the City Manager )

                             

  • Refer to Planning & Economic Development Committee
    Review of Request for Proposals for Fire Stations 45 and 47, and SeaTac Center                       

The following Council actions were taken at the September 11, 2018 Regular Council Meeting: 

Approved: Grant Acceptance from King County Flood Control District for the South 221st Street Drainage Improvement project in the amount of $244,000.

Public Safety & Justice Committee Meeting held July 31, 2018
Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting held August 2, 2018
Special Council Meeting held August 14, 2018
Regular Council Meeting held August 14, 2018
Special Council Meeting held August 15, 2018
Special Council Meeting held August 28, 2018

Agenda Bill #5009; A Motion accepting the Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden Master Plan was carried and became effective September 11, 2018.

Agenda Bill #5016; An Ordinance #18-1029 amending certain Sections of the SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC) related to multi-family development standards was adopted September 11, 2018 and becomes effective September 22, 2018.

Agenda Bill #4908; An Ordinance #18-1030 vacating a portion of South 140th Street right-of-way (ROW) from 28th Avenue South to its western terminus was adopted September 11, 2018 and becomes effective upon receipt of the compensation required by Section 3 of this Ordinance, but in no event sooner than 30 days after passage.

The following item was referred to the September 13, 2018 Administration & Finance Committee and September 25, 2018 Regular Council Meeting as an Action Item:
Agenda Bill #5018; A Motion approving the Employment Transition Agreement of Joseph Scorcio.

The following item was referred to a future Administration & Finance Committee Meeting and Regular Council Meeting as an Action Item:
