The following Council direction was given at the August 14, 2018 Regular Council Meeting:

 The following Council actions were taken at the August 14, 2018 Regular Council Meeting:

Approved: Final Acceptance of public works projects: Angle Lake Parking Lot Overlay Project - $122,320.00

Agenda Bill #5017; A Motion considering the selection of Christopher J. Dennis as City Manager, and to begin employment contract negotiations was carried and became effective August 14, 2018.

Agenda Bill #4990; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a First Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement with the Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority was carried and became effective August 14, 2018.

Agenda Bill #5010; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Agreement between the Highline Public School District and City of SeaTac for a School Resource Officer at Tyee Educational Complex and Chinook Middle School was carried and became effective August 14, 2018.

Agenda Bill #4999; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation related to construction of the State Route 509 Completion Project and quantifying the City's local contribution to this project was carried and became effective August 14, 2018.

Agenda Bill #5006; An Ordinance #18-1028 adding a new Chapter 9.40 to the SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC) related to through-hauling by commercial and private vehicles was adopted August 14, 2018 and becomes effective September 19, 2018.
