The following Council direction was given at the July 24, 2018 Regular Council Meeting:

Agenda Bill #4988; An Ordinance #18-1025 authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with FCS Group to conduct a feasibility study on the use of vehicle trip-based stormwater fees in SeaTac and amending the City's 2017-2018 Biennial Budget was adopted July 24, 2018 and becomes effective August 4, 2018.

Agenda Bill #4874; An Ordinance #18-1026 authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Tucci and Sons, Inc. for construction of the South 166th Street Safe Routes to School Project, authorizing project expenditures, and amending the 2017-2018 Biennial Budget was adopted July 24, 2018 and becomes effective August 4, 2018.

Agenda Bill #4902; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services contract with PBS Engineering and Environmental, Inc. for the design of the South 200th Street Pedestrian and Bicycle Shared Pathway Project was carried and became effective July 24, 2018.

Agenda Bill #4984; An Ordinance #18-1027 amending the 2017-2018 Biennial Budget was adopted July 24, 2018 and becomes effective August 4, 2018.

Agenda Bill #5005; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement with the cities of Burien, Normandy Park, Des Moines, Tukwila and Federal Way regarding reimbursement of the local funding match for the Sea-Tac Airport Impact Study was carried and became effective July 24, 2018

Agenda Bill #5004; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement with the Washington State Department of Commerce to provide Local Matching Funds for the Sea-Tac Airport Impact Study was carried and became effective July 24, 2018
